"Late Delivery Was Frustrating"
Not gonna lie, I was annoyed that the pizza showed up late. I was really looking forward to it, so the wait kind of took away from the experience.

"So Many Choices, It’s Almost Dangerous"
I really like Crust because their menu has way more going on than just the usual pizza options. There’s always something different to try, and somehow everyone at home can find something they want, even the impossibly picky ones. It makes ordering dinner about a thousand times easier...

Not sure if we just ordered way too much or what, but the serving sizes were seriously huge. I ended up taking leftovers home and had them for lunch the next day too.

"Pizza was okay, but something felt off"
The pizza itself tasted fine, so no complaints there, but something felt off with the delivery. The box was all soggy, sauce had leaked everywhere, and the napkins were stuck to the lid. It just made the whole thing kind of messy and annoying to deal with.

"Good vegan options, honestly"
I’ve ordered from crust.com a few times now and yeah, I’m happy with it. The vegan and vegetarian options are actually decent, which is nice because sometimes you get one sad option and that’s it. The vegan cheese is good, the toppings taste fresh, and they don’t seem to hold back on the veggies, which I appreciate. My partner usually gets vegetarian and I get vegan, and both have been good each time. Delivery has been fine for us too. Nothing overly fancy to say really... just solid pizza for nights when we absolutely cannot be bothered cooking.

"Anyone else have tracking issues?"
The order tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea when my pizza was actually going to show up. It was frustrating just waiting around and guessing. Am I the only one who’s had this happen?

"Handled my issue better than I expected"
In my experience, the customer service was actually good. My pizza order arrived late and one item was missing, so I sent a complaint not expecting much. They got back to me quicker than I thought, apologized, and sorted out a refund for the missing item without making it a hassle. They were polite throughout, and based on how they handled it, I’d order from them again.

"Not really worth it"
I tried a couple of their specialty pizzas because the toppings sounded really good, but honestly... they were bland. For the price, I expected a lot more flavor, or just something more memorable. Not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t order them again.

"Easy pizza order, no fuss"
Ordered pizza from crust.com last night it was really easy. The menu was clear, adding extras was simple, and checkout was done quickly. I liked that it remembered my local store and showed the pickup time straight away too. No glitches, no weird pages, nothing annoying. Just simple, smooth, and exactly how you’d want it to work. 5 stars from me...

I ordered from Crust Pizza last night and was genuinely happy with it. The pizza was cooked just right, with a nice crispy base and the toppings spread out properly instead of all piled in one spot. It didn’t feel like it was thrown together in a rush, which I really appreciated. one of the better pizzas I’ve had in a while, and I’d definitely order from them again

"Ordering on my phone was frustrating"
For some reason, ordering on my phone was way more annoying than it should’ve been. The pages were loading slowly, the cart kept jumping back, and I ended up having to enter my address twice. I did manage to place the order in the end, but it felt like a lot of hassle just to get pizza.

"Still had to wait forever"
I ordered ahead thinking it would save time, but I still ended up waiting ages when I got there. It was frustrating, especially since the whole point of ordering in advance is to avoid that. I tried emailing about it afterward, but the replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really address what I was saying.

The pizza itself tasted good — no complaints there, but my order wasn’t completely right. They gave me the wrong drink, and one of the toppings I paid extra for was missing. Not the end of the world, but still kind of annoying when you’re paying for those extras.
